We are pleased to announce that Dart Controls (Zionsville, IN) has been acquired by Global Point Technology Group (Nashville, TN). Founded in 1963, Dart Controls has built a long-standing reputation for innovative motor speed control solutions, including AC, DC, and brushless DC motor controls, digital potentiometers, digital drives, encoders, and related control products. Dart serves OEM and industrial customers across a wide range of applications, with an emphasis on quality, innovation, customer service, and U.S.-based design and assembly.
As part of this transition, Dart Controls will operate under our American Control Electronics brand. Dart's motor control products complement American Control Electronics' existing portfolio, enabling us to provide an even broader range of industrial control solutions. Bringing the two product lines together will also help ensure that Dart products continue to flow to market while providing customers access to a broader catalog of products, engineering expertise, and support available through American Control Electronics.

We are excited to announce Global Point Technology Group (Nashville, TN) has acquired Quantum Controls (Chanhassen, MN), a manufacturer specializing in electronic control solutions for industrial and OEM applications. Quantum Controls is recognized for its engineering expertise, product reliability and ability to support custom control requirements.
As part of this transition, Quantum Controls will operate under the American Control Electronics brand. Quantum Control’s solutions complement American Control Electronics’ existing product portfolio, strengthening our ability to deliver a broader and more integrated range of electronic drive and control solutions.
This acquisition reinforces Global Point Technology Group’s strategy to provide comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for OEMs. By integrating engineering design, manufacturing, and supply chain sourcing across our brands, we streamline complex industrial needs into cohesive, high-quality offerings.
